171P-13 - ORDER APPOINTING REPRESENTATIVE OF DECEDENT’S ESTATE. This form is used by the Circuit Court of the Nineteenth Judicial Circuit in Lake County, Illinois, to officially appoint a personal representative to manage the estate of a deceased individual.
