Description
TRANSCRIPT ORDER (NON-APPEAL). This form is used in the United States District Court for the District of Hawaii to request transcripts of court proceedings that are not related to an appeal. This form allows parties to specify the case details, type of proceeding, presiding judge, dates of hearings, and whether they want full or partial transcripts. It also lets the requesting party choose the desired delivery time, such as ordinary (30-day), 14-day, expedited (7-day or 3-day), daily, or hourly service, each with different transcript rates. The completed form must not be filed with the court; instead, it must be emailed directly to the designated court reporter(s) or, if requesting transcripts from digital audio recordings, to the court’s transcript email address. The party requesting the transcript is responsible for arranging and paying costs directly with the court reporter or transcriber. By signing the form, the requester certifies their agreement to pay all related charges. www.FormsWorkflow.com
