Description

MUD-102 - STIPULATION FOR ENTRY OF JUDGMENT (UNLAWFUL DETAINER). This form is used in the Superior Court of California, County of Mendocino, in cases involving landlord-tenant disputes where the landlord (plaintiff) is seeking to evict the tenant (defendant). It allows both parties to enter into a written agreement that outlines the terms under which the tenant may remain temporarily in the property or vacate by a specified date, along with any payments the tenant agrees to make for unpaid rent or damages. The agreement is not considered a judgment unless the tenant fails to comply with its terms. If the tenant defaults, the landlord may file an ex parte application to have a judgment entered, which could include possession of the property, rent, damages, attorney’s fees, and court costs. The form also outlines notice requirements for any default and the tenant’s duty to maintain current contact information. If the tenant fully complies with the agreement, the landlord is required to file a Request for Dismissal of the case. www.FormWorkflow.com
