Description
MPB-191 - ORDER RE TRANSFER VENUE OF CONSERVATOR. This form is used by the Superior Court of California, County of Mendocino, to officially transfer a conservatorship case—whether for the person, the estate, or a limited conservatorship—to another county where the conservatee currently resides and intends to remain. In accordance with California Probate Code §§ 2210–2215, the court determines that venue is proper in the conservatee’s county of residence and that transferring the matter is in the conservatee's best interests. The form includes the conservatee’s address, the new county of residence, and confirms that all legal notice requirements have been satisfied. The court further orders that any fees or costs related to the transfer be waived. www.FormsWorkflow.com
