Description
REFUNDING BOND AND RELEASE. This is a New Jersey Surrogate’s Court form used in guardianship proceedings when a guardian distributes funds or property from the estate of an adjudicated incapacitated person. By signing this document, the recipient acknowledges receipt of a specified distribution and agrees to refund all or part of the distribution if required to satisfy the guardian’s obligations or estate debts under N.J.S.A. 3B:23-24 through 3B:23-27. In consideration of the distribution, the recipient also releases and discharges the guardian from claims related to that interest in the estate. The form requires signatures, witness attestation, and notarization and is typically filed with the county Surrogate’s Court as part of guardianship administration or estate accounting. www.FormsWorkflow.com
