Request For Bulk Case Information-Dockets

REQUEST FOR BULK CRIMINAL CASE INFORMATION/DOCKETS. This form is used to request criminal case records from the San Luis Obispo Superior Court. It is intended for third-party requestors who need access to multiple criminal case dockets or summaries. The form allows users to submit names (first and last, with middle names optional) along with a scope date, indicating how far back in time to search for criminal filings. The Court will return only exact matches for the names submitted and cannot use dates of birth in its searches. If a match is found, the Court will indicate whether the case is available on the online portal, re:Search, and refer the requestor there for public access. For cases not listed in re:Search, a summary from the Court’s legacy system will be provided. Requestors may also access court kiosks for additional help in narrowing down results, especially for common names. Fees associated with the request include a $15.00 research fee for searches taking more than ten minutes, a $0.50 per-page copy fee, and a $40.00 certification fee per docket or case summary.
