CCP 0600 - ORDER TO ACCOUNT OR REPORT. This form is used in the Probate Division of the Circuit Court of Cook County, Illinois, to compel the representative of an estate to provide an update on the status of the estate’s administration. After the court receives a status update, this order may continue the case to a future date and directs the representative to either file a final account by that date or submit a signed statement—along with the attorney—that explains why the final account has not been filed.
