APPELLANT’S INFORMAL BRIEF. This form is used by individuals who are appealing a decision to the Nevada Supreme Court and are representing themselves without an attorney (pro se). It provides a simplified format for filing a brief, as an alternative to the more complex requirements of Nevada Rule of Appellate Procedure (NRAP) 28(a). This form is intended for use in both civil and postconviction criminal appeals.
