CCP 0360 - PETITION TO GRANT POSSESSION OF REAL ESTATE. This form is used in the Probate Division of the Circuit Court of Cook County, Illinois, by a person connected to a decedent’s estate—such as the estate’s representative, an heir, or a legatee—who seeks legal permission for an heir or legatee to take possession of specific real estate owned by the decedent at the time of death.
