JD-SC-33 - APPEAL; JOINT APPEAL; CROSS APPEAL; AMENDED APPEAL; CORRECTED FORM. This form is used in Connecticut to formally initiate an appeal, joint appeal, cross appeal, amended appeal, or corrected appeal to either the Supreme Court or the Appellate Court.
