REAL ESTATE TRANSACTION FORM. This form from the Virginia State Corporation Commission’s Public Service Taxation Division is used by companies required to file an annual property report to disclose all real estate transactions involving their property. These transactions may include purchases, sales, conveyances, exchanges, dedications, donations, or leases where the company owns the improvements. The form must be submitted at least every six months, and no later than January 31st of the following calendar year.
