CCP 0359 - ORDER GRANTING POSSESSION OF REAL ESTATE. This form is used in the Probate Division of the Circuit Court of Cook County, Illinois, in cases involving a deceased individual's estate. This order is issued by the court in response to a verified petition requesting that possession of specific real estate be granted to a designated heir or legatee of the decedent.
