FORM C - TANK SCHEDULE & SPILL CONTAINMENT CALCULATIONS. This form is used to document and evaluate spill containment measures at facilities that store hazardous or restricted materials. This form ensures compliance with industrial waste regulations by gathering detailed information about the containment area, including its location, whether it is roofed, and specifics about the tanks stored within it. The form requires details such as tank identification numbers, names, contents, dimensions, working volume, pH levels, and whether the tanks are elevated or self-contained. It includes spill containment calculations to determine if the facility has adequate containment capacity to handle potential spills, factoring in the largest tank's volume and any additional volume from rainfall if the area is not covered. If hazardous or restricted materials could spill into the sewer system without proper containment, the facility must submit plans outlining an adequate spill containment system.
