DC 6:6.6 - DECREE FOR DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE (NO CHILD(REN)) (SERVICE BY PUBLICATION). This form is used to finalize a dissolution of marriage in the State of Nebraska when there are no minor children involved and the defendant has been served by publication because their whereabouts are unknown or they did not appear in court. It documents the court’s findings that the marriage is irretrievably broken, that the plaintiff or defendant has been a Nebraska resident for the required period, and that jurisdiction is proper.
