Order Granting Temporary Extension {JD-1765}

JD-1765 - ORDER GRANTING TEMPORARY EXTENSION. This form is used in the State of Wisconsin Circuit Court to grant a temporary extension of an existing dispositional order in a case involving a child or juvenile. The court uses this form when a request has been made to extend the current dispositional order, but the order has not yet expired or been terminated. It applies when the court cannot hold a hearing on the extension request before the existing order expires. The extension is allowed for a period not exceeding 30 days or for a period that covers specific delays, such as legal actions concerning the child, continuances, judge substitutions, consent decrees, absence or unavailability of the child, notice issues, joint hearings with other juveniles, or court scheduling difficulties.
