JD-1805 - ORDER GRANTING TEMPORARY EXTENSION OF TRIAL REUNIFICATION. This form is used by the Circuit Court in the State of Wisconsin to temporarily extend a trial reunification period for a child or juvenile when a request for extension has been filed, and there is an objection to that request. If the court is unable to hold a hearing before the current reunification period ends, this order allows the extension to remain in effect for up to 30 additional days. It ensures continuity in the child’s placement while the court prepares to review the matter in a full hearing.
