Description

FIDUCIARY'S ACCOUNT. This form is used by the fiduciary (executor or administrator) of an estate in the Probate Court of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, to provide a detailed account of the estate's financial activities. The fiduciary's account is a mandatory report required by Ohio law (R.C. 2109.30, 2109.301, and 2109.32) to ensure transparency in estate administration. The form can be used as a partial account, final account, account of distribution, final and distributive account, or supplemental final account. It provides a summary of all receipts (such as income, proceeds from sales, and other assets) and disbursements (such as fiduciary fees, attorney fees, debts, taxes, and distributions to beneficiaries). The fiduciary must attach an itemized statement of receipts and disbursements and may also need to provide a statement of remaining assets. The form serves as a formal request for the court to approve and settle the account. If it is a final or distributive account, the fiduciary may also request to be discharged from their duties upon approval. www.FormsWorkflow.com
