Form MC 51 - ORDER ON OBJECTIONS TO GARNISHMENT. This form is used in Michigan courts to resolve disputes regarding a writ of garnishment, which is a legal order requiring a third party (garnishee) to withhold money from a debtor to satisfy a judgment.
