Description
CC-DC-CR-078 - Form 4-503.2 GENERAL WAIVER AND RELEASE (Criminal Procedure §10-105). This form is used in the Circuit or District Court of Maryland in connection with the expungement of a criminal record under Criminal Procedure Article § 10-105 of the Annotated Code of Maryland. This form allows an individual (the petitioner) to voluntarily release and forever discharge the complainant, the law enforcement agency involved in their arrest, and any related officers, agents, or employees from any and all tort claims. These claims may include allegations of wrongful arrest, detention, or confinement related to a specific incident. The waiver is conditional and only becomes effective upon the successful expungement of the petitioner’s criminal record. If the expungement is not granted or the conditions outlined in the law are not met, the waiver becomes void. www.FormsWorkflow.com
