1306 - CHAPTER 13 DEBTOR’S ATTORNEY’S SCHEDULE 2.(b) ITEMIZATION. This form is used in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Oregon by attorneys representing debtors in Chapter 13 bankruptcy cases. This form accompanies the attorney’s original compensation disclosure (LBF 1305) when the attorney has chosen compensation Schedule 2.(b), which involves billing for legal services at hourly rates rather than a fixed fee. The purpose of the form is to provide the court and the trustee with a detailed breakdown of the time spent and expenses incurred by the attorney in connection with the case—from prepetition services through a date no earlier than 14 days before the final confirmation hearing.
