Form 3DC53 - WRIT OF EXECUTION ; EXHIBIT A (HAWAI‘I REVISED STATUTE S §651-32). This form is issued by the District Court of the Third Circuit in the State of Hawai‘i to enforce a court judgment against a debtor. It commands a law enforcement officer or another authorized person to locate and seize the personal property of the judgment debtor. If sufficient personal property cannot be found, the officer is authorized to levy the debtor’s real property. After providing a 30-day notice as required by law, the seized property is to be sold at public auction to the highest bidder, with proceeds applied toward satisfying the court judgment, including the principal amount, court costs, interest, and all additional expenses related to the levy, advertisement, and sale. The officer executing the writ must return the document to the court with a full account of actions taken and any funds collected within 60 days.
