Description
CC-DR-034 - WORKSHEET A - CHILD SUPPORT OBLIGATION: PRIMARY PHYSICAL CUSTODY (Md. Rule 9-206(c)). This form is used in Maryland Circuit Court cases to calculate the recommended child support amount when one parent has primary physical custody of the child or children. This worksheet helps determine the financial responsibilities of each parent by outlining and comparing their monthly income, allowable deductions (such as preexisting child support or alimony), and any additional child-related expenses, such as work-related child care, health insurance, and extraordinary medical costs. The form uses the parents’ income to determine their percentage share of support and then calculates each parent's obligation based on the Maryland Child Support Guidelines. It also accounts for any direct payments made by a parent toward child-related expenses. The final recommended child support amount, typically owed by the non-custodial parent, is derived after deducting direct payments from their total obligation. This worksheet may also include special notes or adjustments for benefits or reimbursements. www.FormsWorkflow.com
