Form 205 - ACCEPTANCE OF SERVICE. This form is used in Iowa district courts to acknowledge that the Respondent has received a copy of the Original Notice and Petition in a legal case. By signing this form, the Respondent is not agreeing to the claims made by the Petitioner but is simply confirming receipt of the legal documents.
