JDF 139 B – NOTICE TO TERMINATE TENANCY (MOBILE HOME EVICTION). This form is used in Colorado to formally notify a mobile homeowner that their tenancy is being terminated. It specifies the date and time by which the homeowner must sell or remove the mobile home from the premises. Grounds for eviction include violations of laws or park rules, false information on the tenant application, park closure or redevelopment, criminal activity, or endangerment of others. Some violations may be cured within 90 days to void the eviction.
