Description
COM 3637 - NON-RESIDENT REAL ESTATE LICENSEE CONSENT TO SERVICE OF PROCESS [R.C. 4735.17(B)]. This form is used by non-resident real estate licensees in Ohio to appoint the Superintendent of Real Estate as their agent for legal service of process. This means that if a lawsuit or legal action arises related to their real estate activities in Ohio, legal documents can be served on the Superintendent, who then forwards them to the licensee. It is required for new applicants for an Ohio real estate license who are not residents of Ohio, renewing licensees who are non-residents, and former Ohio residents who hold an Ohio real estate license but have moved out of state. www.FormsWorkflow.com
