ANNUAL RAFFLE FINANCIAL REPORT. This form is used by charitable organizations in South Carolina to report financial details of raffles conducted during their fiscal year. It must be filed annually with the Secretary of State's Public Charities Division. The report includes information such as organization details, raffle specifics (date, ticket sales, prizes), gross receipts, expenses, and net receipts. It requires certification by the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer of the organization, verifying the accuracy of the information provided. The form outlines filing instructions, deadlines, and contact information for inquiries. The annual raffle financial report must be filed no later than the 15th day of the 5th month, or 4 ½ months, after the end of the charitable organization’s fiscal year. For example, if the organization’s fiscal year runs from January 1st to December 31st, this report is due on May 15th. If the organization’s fiscal year runs from July 1st to June 30th, this report is due on November 15th. Raffles that are exempt under S.C.
