Description
INFORMAL CAVEAT. This form is used in the Register of Wills of Chester County, Pennsylvania, to request that no Letters Testamentary or Letters of Administration be issued for the estate of a deceased person without notifying the party (the "Caveator") submitting the form. The purpose is to temporarily prevent the estate from being administered until potential objections or concerns are addressed. The Caveator must provide proof of the decedent's death and their relationship to the decedent, and will be notified if a formal petition is filed, at which point they can file a Formal Caveat and request a hearing. www.FormsWorkflow.com
