INFORMAL CAVEAT. This form is used in the Register of Wills of Chester County, Pennsylvania, to request that no Letters Testamentary or Letters of Administration be issued for the estate of a deceased person without notifying the party (the "Caveator") submitting the form. The purpose is to temporarily prevent the estate from being administered until potential objections or concerns are addressed.
