RE 603A - PRELIMINARY/INTERIM PUBLIC REPORT - APPLICATION SUBMITTAL. This form is a checklist provided to submitters outlining the necessary documents and requirements for applying for a Preliminary or Interim Public Report. A Preliminary Public Report is a document provided to potential buyers of subdivided land before the final map is filed, outlining important information about the property. An Interim Public Report serves a similar purpose but is issued after the final map is filed but before the subdivision is completed. The form includes sections for filling in essential information such as the tract name and/or number, advertising name, amount of the enclosed check, city, and county. It also provides a checklist of items that must be submitted with the application. All items marked with an "*" must always be submitted with the application. These items include the Preliminary/Interim Public Report – Application (Form RE 603B), additional copies of specific forms, typed preliminary/interim public report, responsible party and subdivider address labels, preliminary report from a title company, approved tentative map, Reservation Instrument and Deposit Handling Agreement, Consent to Service of Process, Certificate of qualification from the California Secretary of State, Authorization to sign, and Authorization of Agency, if applicable. Documents must be submitted in the order listed (tabbing not necessary).
