FORM 310 - STATEMENT OF DISSOLUTION OR TERMINATION LIMITED PARTNERSHIP. This form is used to officially notify the Wisconsin Department of Financial Institutions that a limited partnership (LP) is either dissolved or fully terminated in accordance with Section 179.0802(2)(b) of the Wisconsin Statutes. The form requires the entity's name and a declaration indicating whether the partnership is in the process of winding up (dissolved) or has completed all winding-up activities (terminated). It must be signed by all general partners listed in the certificate of limited partnership, or, if there are no general partners, by the individual authorized to wind up the partnership's affairs.
