L-0031 - AT-ISSUE MEMORANDUM FOR TRIAL SETTING. This form is used in Orange County Superior Court to request that a civil case be placed on the trial calendar. Filed under Local Rule 339, this form notifies the court that the case is “at issue,” meaning an answer or other responsive pleading has been filed and discovery is complete. Parties must indicate whether a jury trial is requested, estimate the length of trial, and disclose any statutory trial preference. The form also allows filing of a counter memorandum if the case is not ready for trial. A declaration of service by mail is included.
