L-1120 - APPLICATION AND ORDER TO RESTORE REQUEST FOR ORDER TO CALENDAR. This form is used in Orange County Superior Court family law and related proceedings to place a previously taken-off-calendar Request for Order (RFO) back on the court’s hearing calendar. Filed pursuant to Local Rule 705, this form allows the petitioner, respondent, or other party to request restoration of an RFO that was ordered off calendar. The applicant must identify the original filing date, the date it was removed from calendar, and provide available and unavailable hearing dates. A copy of page one of the original Request for Order must be attached. The court will issue an order granting or denying the request and, if granted, set a new hearing date.
