LASC FAM-024(C) - STIPULATION / SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT. This form is used in Los Angeles family law cases to document agreements regarding division of community and separate property, allocation of debts, sale or deferred sale of the family home, and retirement or pension benefits. The form allows parties to award assets and liabilities, provide indemnification (“hold harmless”) terms, order equalization payments, and set conditions for deferred sale under Family Code §§ 3800–3810. It also includes provisions for division of retirement plans, joinder of plan administrators, and preparation of Qualified Domestic Relations Orders (QDROs) under Family Code §§ 2060–2074 and 2610.
