Order For Revivor

ORDER FOR REVIVOR. This form is used in the Court of Common Pleas, Hamilton County, Ohio to revive a dormant judgment. A judgment becomes dormant when no action, such as execution or collection, has been taken on it for a period of five years. This form is used when the Judgment Creditor (the party to whom the money is owed) files a motion to have the judgment revived, thereby reactivating the debt and allowing collection efforts to resume.
