525 - DEBTOR’S CERTIFICATION REGARDING PAYMENT OF DOMESTIC SUPPORT OBLIGATIONS IN A CHAPTER 12 OR 13 CASE AND STATEMENT RE: 11 U.S.C. § 522(q)(1) APPLICABILITY. This form is used in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Oregon by debtors in Chapter 12 or Chapter 13 bankruptcy cases to certify compliance with certain requirements before receiving a discharge. Specifically, it certifies whether the debtor has been obligated to pay any domestic support obligations—such as child support or alimony—and whether those payments have been made in full as required by the bankruptcy plan and during the course of the case.
