L-2473 - RESPONSE TO PETITION FOR GRANDPARENT VISITATION. This form is used in Orange County Superior Court to respond to a grandparent’s request for visitation. The responding parent or legal guardian identifies the child(ren), clarifies the parents’ marital or custody status, and states whether they agree or object to the requested visitation. The form allows the respondent to assert that visitation is not in the child’s best interest, including where no preexisting relationship exists. A UCCJEA declaration (FL-105) may be required.
