KERN-0028 - ELECTRONIC/TRADITIONAL WRIT DECLARATION. This is a Kern County Sheriff’s Office Civil Section form used to accompany writ instructions submitted to the levying officer. This declaration identifies whether the attached writ is an original electronic writ, a copy of an electronic writ already in the Sheriff’s possession, or a copy of a traditional (manually issued) writ. The declarant must confirm the total judgment amount listed on the writ and provide case details, including the type of writ (possession, sale, execution), property description if applicable, and the Sheriff’s file number.
