Post-Arbitration Survey {KERN-0022}

KERN-0022 - POST-ARBITRATION SURVEY. This is a feedback form used by the Superior Court of California, County of Kern, to evaluate its Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) arbitration program. Parties, attorneys, insurance representatives, and other arbitration participants are encouraged to complete and submit the survey within 10 days after arbitration. The form collects information about the case type, amount in controversy, arbitration sessions, and whether the award was accepted or followed by a trial de novo. It also asks participants to rate the arbitrator’s fairness, knowledge, efficiency, and timeliness, as well as overall court staff service.
