KRN SUP CRT-PB-003 - DECLARATION OF DILIGENT SEARCH AND REQUEST TO DISPENSE WITH NOTICE (PROBATE). This is a Kern County Superior Court form used in probate matters when a required party cannot be located after reasonable efforts. The form allows a petitioner to document specific attempts made to find and notify a person, such as phone calls, text messages, contacting relatives or employers, directory searches, property record checks, and online or social media searches.
