KRN SUP CRT-CIV 0025 - COURT REPORTER SERVICES REQUEST BY A PARTY WITH A FEE WAIVER. This is a Kern County Superior Court form used by a litigant who has been granted a court fee waiver and needs an official court reporter for a scheduled trial or hearing. Filed under California Rules of Court, rule 3.55(7), this optional form allows a fee-waived party to request that the court provide a verbatim record of the proceedings. A copy of the approved fee waiver must be attached. The request must generally be filed at least 10 calendar days before the hearing date, unless the court shortens or waives that deadline for good cause. Adopted for Optional Use.
