This form is used in Orange County eldercaring coordination matters and allows an appointed Eldercaring Coordinator to promptly notify the Court of urgent situations affecting the health, safety, or well-being of an elder. It covers emergencies with or without notice to the parties, including suspected abuse, neglect, exploitation, domestic violence, wrongful removal from the court’s jurisdiction, or pending investigations by Adult or Child Protective Services.
