CRIM 196 - DECLARATION RE: ABILITY TO PAY COSTS FOR PETITION AND ORDER FOR EXPUNGEMENT PC§1203.4. This is a Los Angeles Superior Court form used in connection with a Petition and Order for Expungement under Penal Code § 1203.4. This declaration allows a petitioner to state whether they have the ability to pay court-ordered costs associated with filing an expungement petition. The form provides two options: (1) a declaration that the petitioner can pay the assessed costs, or (2) a declaration of inability to pay, which requires completion of a Defendant’s Statement of Assets (CR-115) and/or a Request to Waive Additional Court Fees (FW-002).
