CN-515 ANCH - CINA THERAPEUTIC COURT - ORDER OPENING OR CLOSING CTC PROCEEDING. This form is used by the Superior Court of Alaska to formally open or close a case within the Child in Need of Aid (CINA) Therapeutic Court (CTC) program. When opening a case, the form documents that all parties have agreed the matter is appropriate for CTC, and it directs that all therapeutic court proceedings related to the case will be overseen by a designated CTC Judge, while other matters will continue under the original CINA Judge. It also schedules the next CTC hearing.
