NOTICE OF INTENT TO REQUEST REDACTION OR APPROVAL TO FILE TRANSCRIPT. This form is used in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Florida in connection with court transcripts . This form notifies the Court whether a party intends to submit a statement of redaction within 21 days of a transcript being filed, or whether no redaction is necessary and the transcript may be made part of the electronic public record.
