Description
INTERSPOUSAL DEED. This form is used to transfer real property ownership between spouses in California. This deed allows one spouse (the grantor) to convey their interest in property to the other spouse, often to establish sole and separate property ownership. The form includes sections for documentary transfer tax declaration, assessor’s parcel number (APN), recording information, and mailing instructions for tax statements. It must contain a complete legal description of the property and be signed by the grantor in the presence of a notary public. Once notarized, the deed is recorded with the Orange County Recorder’s Office to complete the transfer. www.FormsWorkflow.com
