FL14076 - DECLARATION RE REQUEST FOR WAIVER OF NOTICE WITH DECLARATION IN SUPPORT THEREOF (NON-DOMESTIC VIOLENCE) (Pursuant to Rules of Court 5.4, 5.151, 5.165 and 5.167). This is a Yuba County Superior Court form used to request that notice not be given before an ex parte hearing in a non-domestic violence matter. The declaration allows the requesting party to explain why providing notice would be inappropriate or harmful under the circumstances. The declarant must state specific facts supporting waiver of notice and sign under penalty of perjury. The court then reviews the request and issues an order either granting or denying the waiver.
