Description
FL10070 - C.C.P. § 664.6 STIPULATION AND ORDER. This is a Yuba County Superior Court family law form used to formalize and enforce a settlement agreement under California Code of Civil Procedure § 664.6. When parties to pending litigation reach a written settlement signed outside court or orally stipulate before the court, this form allows the court to enter judgment pursuant to those terms. The stipulation confirms whether the parties are present or represented, sets forth the agreed terms, and may request that the court retain jurisdiction to enforce the settlement until full performance. Once signed by the parties (and attorneys, if applicable) and approved by a judge, the agreement becomes a binding court order enforceable by contempt. www.FormsWorkflow.com
