CAO TR 1 - THREE DAY NOTICE FOR REPAIRS. This form is used by a tenant in Idaho to formally notify their landlord of the need for specific repairs to a rental property. It serves as a legal demand for the landlord to address issues that may affect the tenant’s health, safety, or basic living conditions, such as problems with plumbing, electrical systems, heating, ventilation, cooling, waterproofing, or other hazardous conditions. The tenant lists the specific repairs needed and gives the landlord three days from the date of receipt to complete the necessary work. This notice also informs the landlord that Idaho law prohibits retaliation, including eviction, in response to such a demand.
