SB-13 - DECLARATION AND ORDER FOR RELEASE OF EXHIBITS. This is a San Bernardino County Superior Court form used to request the release of exhibits filed in a case after judgment has become final. The form allows a plaintiff, defendant, petitioner, respondent, or attorney to declare under penalty of perjury that they are lawfully entitled to possession of the exhibits and that the items were not obtained from the opposing party.
