SC-8, DECLARATION OF NONMILITARY STATUS/REQUEST FOR DISMISSAL, This declaration is not required for a defendant that is a corporation, a partnership, or other non-natural person, since such parties cannot be in the military service. (2) This declaration must be based on information current within the past six months. (Rule 15, Uniform Rules of the Superior Courts of Los Angeles County.) If there is more than one plaintiff, each plaintiff must sign this request for dismissal. (2) If the defendant has filed a Claim of Defendant, the defendant must agree to this dismissal by signing this form.
